Kevin Griffin has taken on a contract to work in the Democratic Republic of Congo on a 6 weekly basis and will be leaving for his first stint in two weeks time.....their loss...... is our gain !
Julian Staddon continues his monthly contracted stints on the oil rigs off Egypt and should be back in town around the end of May 2008.
Roger Young is doing everything but work on St Helena Island judging from the photos of fishing and tales of golf (or should that be the other way round!!). His 3 month tour of duty ends at the end of May.

George Dore joins the bionic limb club having just recently had a knee replaced. He joins the elite squad of Kevin Tucker - knee replacement, Neil Harrisson - Hip Replacement and Biggles -Hip Replacement.

On a similar note... Biggles came home rat arsed one evening and having parked his car perfectly in his driveway went off to bed. In the morning there was pandemonium in the Ransom household as Biggles ventured outside to find his car missing. A quick call to the police and they were round taking a description of his car. Within a minute of leaving they had reported finding his car.....parked perfectly in his neighbours driveway !
